Diva Weekly Challenge #198 - KISS (Keep it Simple Sweetie). Using sp-eye-ryl.
KISS - Keep it Simple Sweetie/Stupid. Love it. What a great theme for this time of year. A lesson I will take forward for 2015, at least for the start of it anyway. Thanks Laura and all the best to you and your family for the Christmas and holiday season. And also to all Diva Weekly Challenge artists. It's been great meeting you this year.

Diva Weekly Challenge #195 - Turning old into new - (henna drum and chemystry)
Thanks Sandy for a great challenge. This week I discovered patterns I didn't know yet, and saw great ways to use ones I did. I too had chosen to box in henna drum and then liberated chemistry from its grid.

Diva Weekly Challenge #194 - Embrace the Yuck
This weeks challenge was set by Elisa Murphy - and it was to draw with our non-dominant hand - to let go of the idea of producing the best tangle, and to focus on the process. I used copada in a monotangle.
This was a really good challenge for me, and a lesson in how to "just go with it". A lesson for life. Thanks Elisa.

Diva Weekly Challenge #193 - trio, huggins and zyp.
This was a tricky one. When I put it into perspective though, the troubles with a tangle are nothing compared to having a child go through surgery, or having families affected by war.
I was thinking of Laura and family this week and how generous Laura is, keeping the challenges going, in the face of Artoo's real life challenge. All he best to Laura, Artoo and the family for a great recovery and a new look at life for Artoo.

Diva Weekly Challenge #190 - "Pink for Ardath"
Pink ribbon in honour of Ardath (who sounds like an amazing woman). Also for my Mum, a breast cancer survivor (another amazing woman). Ipso and gnarly.

Diva Weekly Challenge #188 - National Coming Out Day
This week we were challenged to include a LGBT theme in our work.
I have included a "Safe Zone" symbol, being taken over by flux and (a sort of) showgirl - in the hope that such symbols will become irrelevant. Use of such symbols reminds me that the world is less safe for people that are LGBT. It's not a problem for the LGBT community, it's a problem for humanity.

Diva Weekly Challenge #186
I have been away this week and didn't get to do the challenge (I know, this is a "do anywhere" activity, but it was a choice between snorkelling with turtles, kayaking, and then ziplining through the Daintree Rainforest...). Anyway, I still wanted to post, so hope it is OK to post an earlier leaf design.
