Diva Weekly Challenge #195 - Turning old into new - (henna drum and chemystry)

Thanks Sandy for a great challenge.  This week I discovered patterns I didn't know yet, and saw great ways to use ones I did.  I too had chosen to box in henna drum and then liberated chemistry from its grid.

Square One - using assunta.

Here is assunta - with sy-eye-ryl and dangles - for Square One challenge.

Diva Weekly Challenge #194 - Embrace the Yuck

This weeks challenge was set by Elisa Murphy - and it was to draw with our non-dominant hand - to let go of the idea of producing the best tangle, and to focus on the process. I used copada in a monotangle.

This was a really good challenge for me, and a lesson in how to "just go with it". A lesson for life. Thanks Elisa.

Diva Weekly Challenge #193 - trio, huggins and zyp.

This was a tricky one. When I put it into perspective though, the troubles with a tangle are nothing compared to having a child go through surgery, or having families affected by war.

I was thinking of Laura and family this week and how generous Laura is, keeping the challenges going, in the face of Artoo's real life challenge. All he best to Laura, Artoo and the family for a great recovery and a new look at life for Artoo.

Square One - using swarm. Also fescu, florz, sanibelle and fricle.

Swarm is a simple pattern, but I seem to struggle with applying the simple ones. Anybody else have same issue?
